Linda Meston RGN
Managing Director

A registered nurse with over 25 Years experience in the Health Care Sector, An extremely dynamic and committed
individual who will always deliver on any given project. Conscientious and loyal, able to set goals and objectives in
her everyday work. She works tirelessly to achieve a specific objective if required., Linda has worked with the group
since 2018.

Neil Dobbie BSc.
Land Director

Over 30 years industry experience, spending a majority of his career at large corporates including The Co-Operative
and McCarthy and Stone, the UK largest retirement developer. Neil heads the Land Procurement Team and is
responsible for delivering all new acquisitions, Neil has worked with the group since 2010.

Brian Mitchell BSc. BA Hons LLM (Dist)
Group Head of Human Resources

With almost 20 years of HR experience, operating at Director level, Brian joined the company 2 years ago, leading the
function from 350 to almost 1500 employees. He has an extensive background in employee relations, employment law, management development and staff engagement.

Liam O’Brien MSc BSc. Hons
Head of Commercial

Liam is an experienced surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in surveying, finance, construction management, sales and development. Liam has a Master of Science in Financial Management Services as well as an Honours Degree in Real Estate Development from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Liam joined us in July 2023 advancing from his role as a Surveying Manager at CALA Homes.

Frank Hume MRICS
Head of Property

An experienced professional in all aspects of commercial procedures in construction and property development. Frank leads on all aspects of the maintenance of the care homes and their surrounds. He has been with Simply UK for almost 13 years and manages the maintenance team, including the maintenance operatives based in each of the care homes. The maintenance team ensure that all aspects of the properties function as designed and are presented to best effect.

Thomas Meany BSc.
Investment Manager

Thomas is in his 10th year at Simply UK, he joined Simply straight from university where he gained a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering. Thomas has worked closely with the senior management team and manages all new investment transactions. Thomas has been involved in almost all projects for Simply throughout the UK and beyond and has built key relationships with banks and institutional funds.

Craig Greig
Head of Operations

Craig has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and was involved in one the group’s first care homes in 2013. Craig has a strong background in project management. He has proven to successfully deliver high-quality and timely projects and manage various projects ranging from Flatted Developments/ residential builds to 5- star commercial developments. Craig has completed various professional development courses in construction and has a vast knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
